# Are discounted courses refundable?

## Refunds aren’t offered, but if you can’t attend a live webinar you purchased, we’ll give you credit for another premium webinar at no charge.

CharityHowTo does not provide refunds for purchased courses, including discounted ones, because attendance is limited.  
However, if you purchased a **live webinar** and cannot attend, we’re happy to offer a **credit toward any other premium webinar** of your choice at no charge.

To request a credit, email **support@charityhowto.com** with:

- Your order information
- The name and date of the webinar you want to cancel
- The webinar you’d like to attend instead

You can browse upcoming webinars and workshops on the CharityHowTo website anytime.

Recordings, slides, and materials from eligible sessions will still be added to your library unless the session did not meet recording or quality standards.
