Check your inbox, junk and/or spam folder, look for the confirmation registration email that goes out from CharityHowTo Admin (customercare@gotowebinar.com), the subject line will always be the name of the webinar + the word "confirmation".
- Log into your CharityHowTo library where you will have access to your upcoming webinar login information.
- Search your inbox for your GoToWebinar invitation. Search for "customercare@gotowebinar.com" or "CharityHowTo Admin".
- Check your spam folder or junk folder and search for "customercare@gotowebinar.com" or "CharityHowTo Admin".
