CharityHowTo does not provide refunds for purchased courses, including discounted ones, because attendance is limited.
However, if you purchased a live webinar and cannot attend, we’re happy to offer a credit toward any other premium webinar of your choice at no charge.

You can browse upcoming webinars and workshops on the CharityHowTo website anytime.
Recordings, slides, and materials from eligible sessions will still be added to your library unless the session did not meet recording or quality standards.
