If your renewal payment fails—for example, due to an expired card or billing issue—your membership benefits will pause, including member discounts and coworker access.
However, your CharityHowTo account remains active, and you will not lose access to any individual courses you purchased outside the membership.
To restore membership benefits, simply update your billing information or contact support@charityhowto.com for help resolving the payment issue.
